More than a traditional shampoo service, a head spa focuses on creating a healthy foundation for the hair while easing tension, calming the nervous system, and inviting the body into a state of rest. You’ll be warmly welcomed into the studio and guided through a brief consultation so we can discuss your scalp, hair concerns, wellness goals, and the intention for your visit. This allows each treatment to be customized specifically for you. Before your service begins, you’ll be invited to change into a robe so you can fully relax and settle into the experience comfortably. Once you’re ready, your ritual begins with a calming transition into treatment, allowing you to release tension and arrive fully in the moment. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Life happens, and I completely understand that plans may need to change. However, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute openings are often difficult to fill. A minimum of **48 hours’ notice** is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged **50% of the scheduled service total**. Cancellations made on the day of the appointment, missed appointments, and no-shows will be charged **100% of the scheduled service total**. Arriving late may result in a shortened service so that the next client’s appointment is not affected. The full service price will still apply. Clients who arrive too late for the service to be completed may be considered a same-day cancellation and charged accordingly. Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before another appointment can be booked. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment for future appointments. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy. This policy helps protect the time, preparation, and resources dedicated to every appointment.
